»Director - Construction
-Execute the project in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications and conditions. Monitor day to day activities through weekly, monthly and quarterly progress meetings of Petrofac
staff, subcontractors, partners as well as by the client to facilitate achievement of targets highlighting slippages/backlogs formulating an action plan to keep the project on schedule.
-Ensure adherence to the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures and maintain safe and efficient working environment through the HSE team based on which the project is controlled.
-Co ordinate with the HSE, quality and technical teams through management review meetings, kick off meetings, daily /weekly progress meetings to keep channels of communication open, review progress, ensure better co –ordination and expedite work within the project team.

-Participate in implementing and monitoring adherence to quality assurance policies and suggest improvements needed for continuous development of the quality management system.

»Field Superintendent
Responsibleto ensure that Petrofac Core Values, our Golden Rules, the Business ManagementSystem (BMS) and associated Processes and Procedures and objectives relating tosafety, the environment, operability, deliverability and maintain ability are followed.
To manage the Field facilities and its 3rd party operations and maintenance contractor to ensure the safe and efficient production and processing of crude oil together with water injection and produced water effluent.
To safely deliver production targets whilst ensuring surface and subsea facilities maintenance and integrity programs are adhered to in compliance with Petrofac Practices and Procedures.
Ensures all offshore field operations are conducted in a safe and professional manner with full regard for Petrofac golden rules and HSSEIA Procedures combined with industry best practice.

Ensures that key procedures such as COW/ ORA/MOC are fully understood and complied with.

»Tax Advisor
Review tax information prepared by tax analyst for entities in Malaysia
 Review tax return and tax computation prepared by tax agent and tax analyst. Liaise with auditor on Agreed Upon Procedure report prepared for tax filing purpose.
Prepare  income tax computation for tax estimate and internal reporting purpose
Liaise with PSC/RSC Partners on submission of income tax return and tax estimate to the tax authorities
Monitor and review income tax payment (monthly tax instalment and balance of tax) and withholding tax payment

»Drilling Accountant
Monitors and co-ordinates drilling related AFE and ABR and ensures that they are being approved internally and by partners/Petronas on timely basis including ensuring that materials are charged to the right AFE(journal entries).
Provides value add management information analysis on monthly basis to Drilling Manager.
The main focal point for preparation of drilling related information and cost for WPB (Work Program Budget) /Business Plan (BP).
Prepares end of well account reconciliation in conjunction with drilling team and ensures issuance of inventories by Logistics.

Prepares Daily Cost Tracking for drilling for monitoring daily costs against AFE.
