»ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, CLINIC OPERATIONS
Responsible to the Director, Clinic Operations for the day-to-day operations of all the Out Patient Clinics and for the coordination of the development and implementation of Customer Excellence Programmes. Masters Degree / Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Administration and minimum 7 years Healthcare experience of which 3 years should be in a managerial role in a busy Out-Patient setting. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Outpatient Clinics.

To provide the cardiopulmonary clinical services to the neonatal, pediatric and adult patients in accordance with the diagnostic objectives established by the attending Physicians, the Pulmonary Consultants, the Medical Director, Cardiopulmonary Department, the Critical Care Services Medical Director and the AHD / CPD Respiratory Care clinical guidelines and policy procedures and along with the administrative and clinical support of the CPD Director.
