-NETWORKING PROFESSIONALS (L2)
Implementations & Operations.
CCNA / CCNP / CCSP / CCVP with 2+ years work experience post certification
-NETWORK ENGINEERS (L2)
3+ years of experience, CCNP / Blue Coat / F5 certified.
-VOICE ENGINEER (L2)
3+ years of experience CCNA Voice / CCVP
Good experience in CISCO Call Manager, Gateways, Gatekeepers etc.
-NOC MONITORING AGENTS
With experience in NOC’s / SOC’s, ability to handle alarms, ticketing-tools, remote resolutions (remedy, solarwinds) 24*7 Operations.
Excellent communication skills – Group coordination essential – willingness to travel.
