Job Description :
To support in effective HR management ensuring proper employee documentation,Background Verification checks, appointment letter generation, Processing of Transfers / Exits / Promotion within set timelines. Work closely with the HR team and support them in meeting their objectives through regular analysis of activities and respective TATs.Periodic analysis and reporting.Timely Tracking and ensuring proper closure of Document Discrepancies, Insufficiency and Documents in Transit cases.To coordinate with HR team and BVC Service Provider and ensure proper employee Background Verification check in/out workflow as per process and SLAs.To coordinate with Internal Stake holders and ensure. smooth processing of Transfers/ Exit / Promotions within set timelines as per guidelines and policy. MBA-HR/ PGDHRM is a must.Excellent skills in MS Office and Data Analysis Tools. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Candidate profile
-Should have very good command over English Communication
- Fresher's with Good communication and presentation with MBA /Diploma in HR
- The placement would be at HO Trivandrum and the candidate should be willing to relocate to Trivandrum immediately
