Job Description :
- Achieve targeted subscriber numbers in assigned geography
-Achieve Primary targets for Voice & Data (GSM & CDMA)
-Continuously provide On-Job-Training to DSR team
-Constantly focus on & increase distribution width & depth for both Voice & Data
-Ensure a high level of merchandising excellence including the use of signages with a view to territory visibility leadership against competition
-Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions
The person has to work closely with the Cluster Lead / Cluster Head to achieve the set business goals for his town/s.
