Job Description :
1.Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
2.Formulating Sales Plan, Customer Acquisition and Revenue Enhancement strategies
3.Increase the Market Share by achieving the sales targets
Responsible for entire Sales & Operations for the Area
4.Evaluating marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensure adherence to planned expenses. Providing direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with area characteristics.
5.Maintaining overall profitability of business addressing to issues in a systematic way.
6.Monitoring competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
7.Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
8.Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.
9. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
10.Sending Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales Report to the HO regularly
