-Experience & Strong Process knowledge in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivables/ General Ledger /Reconciliation/ Fixed Assets
-Should have F&A BPO experience including 2 + years of Team Handling experience
-Strong leader ship Abilities and Proven Team management skills
-Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
-Analytical mindset and Problem solver
Candidate Skills:
-bachelors in Finance or Accounting or related field required
-Knowledge of Microsoft applications
-Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, and workflow systems desirable
-2+ years experience in managing high volume accounts payable processes for a large organization -
-3+ years of direct accounting/finance experience
-Team Handling experience Mandatory
